How to Make Zucchini Rolls with Cream Cheese
This is a different recipe to vary the daily menu. Quick and very easy to make. Come with me to learn how to make these delicious zucchini rolls.

Ingredients
- 10.6 oz of Cream cheese (300 g)
- 5.3 oz of Mozzarella Cheese grated (150 g)
- 3.5 oz of Ham grated (100 g)
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Chives chopped to taste
- 2 units of Zucchini
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil 0.9 fl oz (26 mL)
- 1.8 oz of Parmesan Cheese grated (50 g)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ham.
- Then season with salt, black pepper, and chives, and stir once again.
- Slice the zucchini lengthwise into very thin slices; they should be slightly transparent, and you need to be able to roll them.
- Take a slice and place the filling on one end.
- Roll it up.
- Brush olive oil on the top and sides.
- Put some parmesan cheese on top of each one.
- Take a baking dish and grease it with a little olive oil.
- Place the rolls, leaving a small space on the sides.
- Preheat the oven to 250-280°C (482-536°F) and bake for about 10 minutes.
- If you have a grill, turn it on to gratinate.
