How to Make Zucchini Rolls with Cream Cheese
This is a different recipe to vary the daily menu. Quick and very easy to make. Come with me to learn how to make these delicious zucchini rolls.

Chives
chopped to taste

Instructions
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ham.
Then season with salt, black pepper, and chives, and stir once again.
Slice the zucchini lengthwise into very thin slices; they should be slightly transparent, and you need to be able to roll them.
Take a slice and place the filling on one end.
Roll it up.
Brush olive oil on the top and sides.
Put some parmesan cheese on top of each one.
Take a baking dish and grease it with a little olive oil.
Place the rolls, leaving a small space on the sides.
Preheat the oven to 250-280°C (482-536°F) and bake for about 10 minutes.
If you have a grill, turn it on to gratinate.
