How to Make Strawberry Sweet Popcorn
Another gourmet popcorn recipe for you to shine. It's great for selling. Let's learn how to make it!
Equipment
- Stove
- Microwave
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Popcorn Kernels (Mushroom) 3.53 oz (100 g)
- 1/2 cup of Sugar 3.17 oz (90 g)
- 1/4 cup of Water 2.03 fl oz of (60 mL )
- 1 tbsp Oil 0.44 fl oz (13 mL)
- 7.05 oz of White Chocolate chopped (200g)
- 3/4 cup of Nesquik Strawberry Flavor 2.37 oz of (67 g)
Instructions
- In a pan, combine the popcorn kernels, sugar, water, and oil, and mix well.
- Cover the pan tightly and place it over high heat. If using a stovetop popcorn maker pan, just keep stirring. If making with a regular pan, shake it.
- After about 6-8 minutes, the water will have evaporated, and the first kernels will start to pop.
- From this point on, lower the heat a bit to prevent burning and keep stirring constantly. Remember, if using a regular pan, you need to shake it a bit off the heat.
- When the popping sound slows down, remove the pan from heat.
- Quickly pour the popped corn onto a large baking sheet to cool.
- After this time, use gloves to separate the popped corn and remove any unpopped kernels.
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals (if using noble chocolate, tempering technique is needed).
- Once the chocolate is melted, wait it cool for about 3 minutes, then add it to the popped corn and mix well.
- Finally, add the Nesquik strawberry flavor and mix it again.
- Spread the popcorn on a large baking sheet or silicone baking mat and let it cool.
- Then, just pack it up.
