Ingredients
 

CREAM

  • 1/3 cup Boiling Water 2.71 fl oz (80 mL)
  • 1/2 package of Strawberry Gelatin
  • 6.9 fl oz Condensed Milk 195 g
  • 1/2 cup Milk 4 oz (120 mL)
  • 4.4 oz Strawberries (125 g)

TOPPING

  • 1/2 package of Strawberry Gelatin
  • 1/3 cup Boiling Water 2.7 fl oz (80 mL)
  • 1/3 cup Cold Water 2.7 fl oz (80 mL)

Instructions
 

CREAM

  • Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water and set aside
  • In a processor or blender, add the condensed milk, milk, strawberries, and dissolved gelatin, and blend well
  • Pour into 1.35 oz (40 ml) cups and refrigerate until set

TOPPING

  • Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water, then add the cold water and mix a little more
  • Pour over the already firm cream and return to the refrigerator until set
