Ingredients
CREAM
- 1/3 cup Boiling Water 2.71 fl oz (80 mL)
- 1/2 package of Strawberry Gelatin
- 6.9 fl oz Condensed Milk 195 g
- 1/2 cup Milk 4 oz (120 mL)
- 4.4 oz Strawberries (125 g)
TOPPING
- 1/2 package of Strawberry Gelatin
- 1/3 cup Boiling Water 2.7 fl oz (80 mL)
- 1/3 cup Cold Water 2.7 fl oz (80 mL)
Instructions
CREAM
- Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water and set aside
- In a processor or blender, add the condensed milk, milk, strawberries, and dissolved gelatin, and blend well
- Pour into 1.35 oz (40 ml) cups and refrigerate until set
TOPPING
- Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water, then add the cold water and mix a little more
- Pour over the already firm cream and return to the refrigerator until set
