How to make Ruffles Potato Chips
You can make homemade Ruffles potato chips in the microwave or in the air fryer. Come with me to learn this delicious and still healthy recipe.

- Wave vegetable cutter
Ingredients
- 1 unit of Potato
- 1/2 tsp of Salt (2g)
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried parsley
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 drizzle Olive oil
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes. You can do it with or without the peel.
- Try to slice the same thickness, about 0.08-0.12 inches (2-3mm). I used a wavy potato cutter
- Transfer it to a bowl and dry with paper towel
- Season with salt, onion powder, dehydrated parsley and black pepper
- Take a large plate and brush some olive oil on it and place the slices side by side
- Microwave for 3 minutes
- Remove and turn all the potatoes
- Return to the microwave for more 3 minutes
- The time varies greatly depending on the thickness of slices
- Quickly remove from the plate and leave to cool on a wire rack to crisp up.
- In the airfryer, brush the bottom with olive oil and place the potatoes side by side
- Leave at 320º F (160º C) and place for 6 minutesOpen and turn them, leave for more 6 minutes depending on the thinckness
