Ingredients
 

  • 3 potatoes Potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
  • 6 oz of Firm Natural Yogurt (170 g)
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 Red Onion chopped
  • Parsley and Chive chopped, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a pot with water and salt, add the potatoes
  • Cook until they are tender but not too soft
  • Drain and place them in a bowl with water and ice cubes to cool quickly
  • Then let them drain well
  • In a bowl, add the natural yogurt, mustard, mayonnaise, and season with salt and black pepper, and mix well
  • Place the potatoes in a dish, add the yogurt sauce, and finish with the red onion and chopped parsley and chive
  • Mix and serve

Notes

Tips:
– Valid to:  1 day if stored in the refrigerator.
