Instructions
In a pot with water and salt, add the potatoes
Cook until they are tender but not too soft
Drain and place them in a bowl with water and ice cubes to cool quickly
Then let them drain well
In a bowl, add the natural yogurt, mustard, mayonnaise, and season with salt and black pepper, and mix well
Place the potatoes in a dish, add the yogurt sauce, and finish with the red onion and chopped parsley and chive
Mix and serve
