How to Make Potato Salad with Yogurt
This is a refreshing and very easy salad to make for warmer days. Let’s learn how to make it!

Ingredients
- 3 potatoes Potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
- 6 oz of Firm Natural Yogurt (170 g)
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- 1 Red Onion chopped
- Parsley and Chive chopped, to taste
Instructions
- In a pot with water and salt, add the potatoes
- Cook until they are tender but not too soft
- Drain and place them in a bowl with water and ice cubes to cool quickly
- Then let them drain well
- In a bowl, add the natural yogurt, mustard, mayonnaise, and season with salt and black pepper, and mix well
- Place the potatoes in a dish, add the yogurt sauce, and finish with the red onion and chopped parsley and chive
- Mix and serve
