How to Make Milk Powder Mousse

Ingredients
- 5.3 oz of White Chocolate, chopped (150 g)
- 7.1 oz of Heavy Cream (200 g)
- 3.2 oz of Milk Powder (90 g)
- 6.8 fl oz of Whipped Cream (200 mL)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time. If you don't have a microwave, you can melt it in a bain-marie.
- Once the chocolate is smooth, add the heavy cream and mix.
- Add the milk powder and gently mix until dissolved.
- Meanwhile, beat the very cold whipped cream in a mixer.
- Whip on low speed for approximately 3 minutes until it forms peaks, achieving the texture of whipped cream.
- Add about 1/3 of the whipped cream to the milk powder mixture and mix until completely homogeneous.
- At this point, fold the entire milk powder cream into the whipped cream using a whisk.
- Pour it into a baking dish, cover, and refrigerate.
- When it's chilled, sprinkle milk powder on top.
