Instructions
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time. If you don't have a microwave, you can melt it in a bain-marie.
Once the chocolate is smooth, add the heavy cream and mix.
Add the milk powder and gently mix until dissolved.
Meanwhile, beat the very cold whipped cream in a mixer.
Whip on low speed for approximately 3 minutes until it forms peaks, achieving the texture of whipped cream.
Add about 1/3 of the whipped cream to the milk powder mixture and mix until completely homogeneous.
At this point, fold the entire milk powder cream into the whipped cream using a whisk.
Pour it into a baking dish, cover, and refrigerate.
When it's chilled, sprinkle milk powder on top.
