3tbsp ofCocoa Powder 1.06 oz (30 g)
1tspBaking Powder 0.18 oz (5 g)
Instructions
Beat the butter at room temperature in a mixer for 1-2 minutes until it turns white
Then add the sifted sugar and beat for 2 minutes more
Start adding the eggs one by one, and then, add the milk
Turn off the mixer
Then sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder and mix with a spatula
Distribute into 2 disposable pound cake pans or in a single one.
Bake in a preheated 392°F (200ºC) oven for about 35 minutes
This will yield 2 cakes, each weighing about 8.82 oz (280 g), and each cake yields 6 slices
