1cup ofSugar6.3 oz (180 g)
7oz ofHeavy Cream(200 g )

5.3oz ofGuava Pastediced (150 g)
1/3cup ofWater2.7 fl oz (80 mL)
1.8oz ofParmesan Cheesegrated (50 g)
Instructions
Put eggs, diced ultrafiltered cheese, sugar, and heavy cream in a blender.
Blend well.
Transfer to a buttered 7.9-inch (20 cm) diameter pudding mold.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Take a baking dish, add boiling water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar (to prevent darkening of the mold), then place the mold on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200°C) for about 1 hour.
