How to Make Cheese Pudding with Guava Paste

Ingredients
Pudding
- 4 units of Egg
- 8.8 oz of Fresh Ultrafiltered Cheese (250 g)
- 1 cup of Sugar 6.3 oz (180 g)
- 7 oz of Heavy Cream (200 g )
Topping
- 5.3 oz of Guava Paste diced (150 g)
- 1/3 cup of Water 2.7 fl oz (80 mL)
- 1.8 oz of Parmesan Cheese grated (50 g)
Instructions
- Put eggs, diced ultrafiltered cheese, sugar, and heavy cream in a blender.
- Blend well.
- Transfer to a buttered 7.9-inch (20 cm) diameter pudding mold.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Take a baking dish, add boiling water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar (to prevent darkening of the mold), then place the mold on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200°C) for about 1 hour.
