How to Make Cheese Bread Muffin
A delicious muffin with lots of cheese, in fact, it's a huge cheese bread that you make in muffin cups and can take as a snack anywhere. A practical recipe that can be made in the oven or in the air fryer.

Instructions
Put the eggs, milk, oil, sweet manioc starch, sour manioc starch, mozzarella cheese, and salt in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes
Add the baking powder and mix with an egg beater
Distribute in silicone molds for muffin, filling about 3/4 of each mold
Finish by sprinkling the grated parmesan cheese on top
Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C) and bake for about 30 minutes
If you want to use an air fryer, set it to 320°F (160°C) and cook for about 20 minutes
