How to Make Cheese Bread Muffin
A delicious muffin with lots of cheese, in fact, it's a huge cheese bread that you make in muffin cups and can take as a snack anywhere. A practical recipe that can be made in the oven or in the air fryer.

Ingredients
- 3 units of Egg
- 1 cup of Milk 8.47 fl oz (240 mL)
- 1/4 cup of Oil 2.12 fl oz (60 mL)
- 1 and 1/2 cup Sweet Manioc Starch 5.82 oz (165 g)
- 1/2 cup Sour Manioc Starch 1.94 oz (55 g)
- 8.82 oz of Mozzarella Cheese chopped (250 g)
- 1 and 1/2 tsp Salt 0.25 oz (7 g)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.18 oz (5 g)
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated 0.71 oz (20 g)
Instructions
- Put the eggs, milk, oil, sweet manioc starch, sour manioc starch, mozzarella cheese, and salt in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes
- Add the baking powder and mix with an egg beater
- Distribute in silicone molds for muffin, filling about 3/4 of each mold
- Finish by sprinkling the grated parmesan cheese on top
- Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C) and bake for about 30 minutes
- If you want to use an air fryer, set it to 320°F (160°C) and cook for about 20 minutes
