Instructions
Take your tortilla bread and press the ground beef onto it.
Make it thin, extending slightly beyond the sides of the bread.
Season the beef with salt and black pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet and when it's hot, place the bread with the beef side down.
Leave for about 2-3 minutes.
Reduce the heat and flip the tortilla-like bread.
Place the cheddar cheese and cover with a lid, leave for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
Transfer to a plate and add special sauce, lettuce, onion, pickles, and more special sauce.
Fold and serve it.
