Ingredients
 

  • 1 tbsp of Olive Oil 0.44 fl oz (13ml)
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 3 Garlic crushed cloves
  • 14.1 oz Tilapia Fillet (400g)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 Cooked and Mashed Potato 7.1 oz (200g)
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour 2.1 oz (60g)
  • Chopped Parsley to taste
  • 3.5 oz Mozzarella Cheese diced (100g)

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, add the olive oil, onion, and garlic, and sauté.
  • Add the tilapia cubes and season with salt and black pepper. Mix until the tilapia cooks and flakes. It’s important that there is no more liquid in the skillet.
  • Turn off the heat and squeeze the lemon. Stir.
  • Add the cooked and mashed potato and mix well.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  • Gradually add the all-purpose flour until it reaches the right consistency for shaping the croquettes.
  • Then, add the chopped parsley and mix a bit more.
  • Season with a little more salt and add the flour little by little.
  • Shape the croquettes as you prefer.
  • Brush the preheated Air Fryer with olive oil.
  • Place the croquettes in the Air Fryer and brush them with oil on top.
  • Cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-15 minutes. Look how lovely they turn out!
