How to Make Fish Croquettes
This recipe is delicious and very easy to make. I showed how to make it in an Air Fryer and also tips for frying. These fish croquettes are delightful. Let's learn how to make them!

- 1 tbsp of Olive Oil 0.44 fl oz (13ml)
- 1/2 Onion chopped
- 3 Garlic crushed cloves
- 14.1 oz Tilapia Fillet (400g)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 Cooked and Mashed Potato 7.1 oz (200g)
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour 2.1 oz (60g)
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- 3.5 oz Mozzarella Cheese diced (100g)
Instructions
- In a skillet, add the olive oil, onion, and garlic, and sauté.
- Add the tilapia cubes and season with salt and black pepper. Mix until the tilapia cooks and flakes. It’s important that there is no more liquid in the skillet.
- Turn off the heat and squeeze the lemon. Stir.
- Add the cooked and mashed potato and mix well.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour until it reaches the right consistency for shaping the croquettes.
- Then, add the chopped parsley and mix a bit more.
- Season with a little more salt and add the flour little by little.
- Shape the croquettes as you prefer.
- Brush the preheated Air Fryer with olive oil.
- Place the croquettes in the Air Fryer and brush them with oil on top.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-15 minutes. Look how lovely they turn out!
