How to Make Condensed Milk Pancake

Ingredients
PANCAKE
- 6.8 oz of Condensed Milk (195 g)
- 1 unit of Egg
- 1/4 cup of Milk 2 fl oz (60 mL)
- 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract 0.07 fl oz (2 mL)
- 1 cup of All-Purpose Flour 4.2 oz (120 g)
- 1 tsp of Baking Powder 0.18 oz (5g)
TOPPING
- 6.8 oz of Condensed Milk (195g)
- Strawberries to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine condensed milk, egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Gradually add all-purpose flour, and when homogeneous, add baking powder.
- Grease a pan on low heat with a little butter.
- Pour a little batter and let it brown.
- Flip with a spatula and let it brown on the other side.
- Serve the pancakes with condensed milk and strawberries.
