Ingredients
 

Pudding

  • 4 units of Egg
  • 8.8 oz of Fresh Ultrafiltered Cheese (250 g)
  • 1 cup of Sugar 6.3 oz (180 g)
  • 7 oz of Heavy Cream (200 g )

Topping

  • 5.3 oz of Guava Paste diced (150 g)
  • 1/3 cup of Water 2.7 fl oz (80 mL)
  • 1.8 oz of Parmesan Cheese grated (50 g)

Instructions
 

  • Put eggs, diced ultrafiltered cheese, sugar, and heavy cream in a blender.
  • Blend well.
  • Transfer to a buttered 7.9-inch (20 cm) diameter pudding mold.
  • Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Take a baking dish, add boiling water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar (to prevent darkening of the mold), then place the mold on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200°C) for about 1 hour.

Notes

– Valid to: 3 days under refrigeration (in the refrigerator).
