Ingredients
 

  • 1 unit of Tortilla Bread
  • 5.29 oz of Ground Beef (150 g)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of Cheddar Cheese
  • Special Sauce to taste
  • Lettuce sliced to taste
  • Onion chopped to taste
  • Pickles to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take your tortilla bread and press the ground beef onto it.
  • Make it thin, extending slightly beyond the sides of the bread.
  • Season the beef with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet and when it's hot, place the bread with the beef side down.
  • Leave for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat and flip the tortilla-like bread.
  • Place the cheddar cheese and cover with a lid, leave for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Transfer to a plate and add special sauce, lettuce, onion, pickles, and more special sauce.
  • Fold and serve it.
