How to Make Tapioca Cheese Bread with Bacon

Ingredients
- 2.8 oz of Bacon diced (80 g)
- 1 and 1/2 cups of Tapioca granulated 8.5 oz (240 g)
- 1 and 1/2 cups of Milk warm 12.2 fl oz (360 mL)
- 2 units of Egg
- 1 cup of Sweet manioc starch 3.9 oz (110 g)
- 6.35 oz of Parmesan Cheese grated (180 g)
Instructions
- Place diced bacon in a skillet over low heat
- Let it fry in its own fat
- When it starts to golden, turn off the heat and place it on a plate with paper towels to drain excess oil (do not overcook)
- In a bowl, place the granulated tapioca and warm milk
- Let it hydrate for 5 minutes
- Lightly beat the eggs and add to the mixture, then stir
- Add the sweet manioc starch, grated Parmesan cheese, and bacon, then mix well
- Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and lightly coat with oil
- Coat your hands with oil, take a portion of the dough
- Roll into balls and distribute them on the baking pan
- Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200°C) for about 25 minutes or until golden brown

Tips:
– If you want to make it in an air fryer, set it to 320°F (160°C) and cook for about 15 minutes
– This recipe can be frozen. Place the raw dough balls on an oiled tray and freeze. Once frozen, they can be stored together in a proper food bag or a sealed container. It valids to 90 days in the freezer (under freezing conditions).
After baking, it is recommended to consume on the same day.
