How to Make Stuffed Tomatoes

- 3 units of Tomatoes
- 1 unit of Egg
- 2.1 oz of Grated Turkey Breast (60 g)
- 2.1 oz of Grated Mozzarella (60 g)
- 3 tbsp Heavy Cream 1 fl oz (30 g)
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs or bread crumbs 0.5 oz (15 g)
- Basil Leaves to taste
- 0.35 oz of Parmesan cheese (10g)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil 0.4 fl oz
Instructions
- With the tomatoes washed, cut off the tops and carefully remove the pulp and seeds with the help of a spoon. Repeat the process with the other tomatoes.
- Try to remove as many seeds as possible from the pulp and discard them.
- Then, chop the reserved pulp and place it in a bowl. Add the egg, grated turkey breast, grated mozzarella, and heavy cream and mix.
- Season the tomatoes with salt and black pepper to taste and fill them with the mixture from the bowl.
- In another bowl, put the panko or bread crumbs, chopped basil leaves, grated parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper, and mix.
- Place this mixture on top of the tomatoes.
- Transfer to the airfryer and cook at 160°C (320°F) for 10 minutes.
- If you prefer, you can place them in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes.
