Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Tomato seedless, chopped 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • 2 tbsp of Butter 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • 1/2 tsp of Salt 0.1 oz (2 g)
  • 2 tsp of Oregano
  • 1.8 oz of Parmesan Cheese grated (50 g)

Instructions

  • Place chopped seedless tomato, butter, salt, oregano, and grated Parmesan cheese in a food processor.
  • Blend well.
  • Pour into a bowl and gradually add all-purpose flour. Stir until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  • Roll out the dough on a clean and well-floured surface.
  • Cut to the size you prefer; here, I used 4 cm diameter rings.
  • Make holes with a fork.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake for about 15-18 minutes or until they begin to brown.

Notes

Tips:
– Valid to: 10 days, when stored in a well-sealed container in a dry and airy place. Over time, they may start to wilt, so if necessary, you can put them in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 3 minutes to restore crispiness. You can store the raw dough wrapped in the plastic wrap, in the refrigerator, for up to 3 days, or in the freezer, for up to 90 days.
