Ingredients

Tomato
seedless, chopped 4.6 oz (130 g)

Butter
1.4 oz (40 g)

0.1 oz (2 g)

Oregano

Parmesan Cheese
grated (50 g)
1 and 1/4

All-Purpose Flour
5.3 oz (150 g)
Instructions
Place chopped seedless tomato, butter, salt, oregano, and grated Parmesan cheese in a food processor.
Blend well.
Pour into a bowl and gradually add all-purpose flour. Stir until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Roll out the dough on a clean and well-floured surface.
Cut to the size you prefer; here, I used 4 cm diameter rings.
Make holes with a fork.
Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake for about 15-18 minutes or until they begin to brown.
