How to Make Passion Fruit Ice Cream
On hot days, nothing beats a refreshing ice cream, and today I'll teach you how to make this delicious passion fruit ice cream with just 3 ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Passion fruit pulp 8.11 fl oz (240 mL)
- 13.76 oz of Sweetened condensed milk (390 g)
- 1 cup of Fresh milk cream 8.11 fl oz (240 mL)
Instructions
- Place about 3/4 cup of passion fruit pulp in a blender or food processor and blend well.
- You can strain through a fine or thick sieve, it's up to you.
- Transfer to a pan, strain, and add the remaining passion fruit pulp and sweetened condensed milk.
- Mix well and heat over medium heat.
- Keep stirring, when it starts to boil, cook for 3 minutes and turn off the heat.
- Remove to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
- After this time, whip the fresh cream with a mixer until whipped cream and set aside.
- Remove the passion fruit cream from the freezer and transfer to a bowl, beat until creamy.
- Now, add the whipped cream gradually and mix gently.
- Transfer to an ice cream container and let it freeze well.
- It yields 37.2 fl oz (1.1 L) of ice cream.
