How to Make Panko Crumbs with Sausage and Egg

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of Olive oil 0.4 oz (13 mL)
- 7 oz of Smoked Sausage chopped (200 g)
- 1 unit of Onion chopped
- 2 units of Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp of Butter 1.4 oz (40 g)
- 2 cups of Panko breadcrumbs 4.2 oz (120 g)
- 2 units of Egg boiled and chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley and Chive chopped, to taste
Instructions
- In a pan, add the olive oil and the smoked sausage. Fry well over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until they start to golden brown.
- Add butter and Panko breadcrumbs. Cook for about 2 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add boiled and chopped eggs, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley and chives.
- Serve immediately.
