How to Make Buttery Apple Oat and Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients
- 5 tbsp of Butter 3.5 oz (100 g)
- 1 cup of Sugar 6.3 oz (180 g)
- 3 units of Eggs
- 1 cup of All-Purpose Flour 4.2 oz (120 g)
- 3-4 units of Apple chopped 21.2 oz (600 g)
- 1 cup of Oats thin rolled 2.8 oz (80 g)
- Cinnamon power to taste
- 1 tbsp of Baking Powder 0.53 oz (15 g)
Instructions
- In a mixer, place the butter and sugar and beat until whitened
- Add the eggs one at a time while beating
- When homogeneous, add the all-purpose flour and beat on low speed just until everything is mixed, quickly to avoid activating gluten
- Then add the chopped apples, rolled oats, and cinnamon powder and stir a little more
- Finally, add the baking powder
- Pour into a greased and sugared 8.66-inch (22 cm) diameter central hole cake pan
- Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200ºC) for about 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick test comes out clean
- Allow to cool and unmold onto a plate
