How to Make Lemon Candies
Today you will learn the easiest candy ever. It doesn't need heat or refrigeration, just mix, shape, and they're ready.
Ingredients
Truffle
- 2 cup of Powdered Milk 2 cup 6.3 oz (180 g)
- 1 unit of Lemon Zest
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon Powdered Drink Mix 0,2 oz (7 g)
- 6.9 oz of Sweetened Condensed Milk (approximately 195g)
Coating
- 1/3 cup of Powdered Milk 1.1 oz (30 g)
- 1 unit of Lemon Zest
Instructions
- In a bowl, place the powdered milk, lemon zest, and lemon powdered drink mix
- Mix well
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix with a spatula, when it becomes more difficult, just use your hands
- If it is still soft, add a little more powdered milk until it becomes soft but less sticky
- Make balls of the size you desire
- For coating
- Roll in powdered milk mixed with lemon zest and remove excess by rolling the candy in your hand
- Place in small paper cups and devour this delight

Tips:
– Valid to: 7 days, in a well-closed container and kept at room temperature
– This candy dries out if you put too much powdered milk in the dough or leave it exposed, so always keep it in a closed container.
