How to Make Ground Beef Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of Olive oil 0.9 fl oz (26 mL)
- 17.6 oz of Ground beef (500 g)
- 1 unit of Onion chopped
- 3 cloves of Garlic minced
- 1 unit of Tomato seedless, chopped
- 1/2 unit of Yellow bell pepper chopped
- 15.9 oz of Tomato sauce (450 g)
- 1/2 cup of Green olives sliced 1.8 oz (50 g)
- 6 oz of Peas (170 g)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Chives chopped, to taste
- 8.8 oz of Mozzarella cheese sliced (250 g)
- 10 units of roll bread
Instructions
- In a pan over high heat, add olive oil and ground beef
- Stir occasionally
- Press the meat a bit with the spatula’s tip to make it loose
- Let the meat fry until it starts to stick a little to the bottom
- Move the meat to the sides, open a space in the center, and add the onion and garlic
- Let it fry until the onion becomes translucent
- Then add the tomato and yellow bell pepper, and sauté for about 3 minutes
- Add the tomato sauce, olives, peas, and season with salt, black pepper, and oregano
- When turning off the heat, add chopped green onions
- Take the roll bread and cut the tip
- With a spoon, open a hole
- Place a slice of cheese, then some ground beef, then more cheese, and finish with the remaining ground beef
