How to Make Creamy Choco Brandy

Ingredients
- 7.05 oz of Chocolate Semisweet chopped (200 g)
- 3.53 oz of Heavy cream (100 g)
- 3/4 cup of Hot milk 6 fl oz (180 mL)
- 2 shots of Brandy (2 shots) 3.38 fl oz (100 mL)
- Ground cinnamon to taste
- Cinnamon stick for stirring
Instructions
- In a bowl, place the semisweet chocolate and heavy cream.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Add brandy and hot milk, and mix again.
- Serve it hot with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. If you want, use a cinnamon stick for stirring an have an elegant touch.

Tips:
Valid to: 3 days if kept refrigerated; I suggest not keeping it for too long due to the cream and milk.
