Ingredients
 

  • 5.29 oz of Dark chocolate chopped (150 g)
  • 3 tbsp of Butter 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • 3/4 cup of Sugar 4.76 oz (135 g)
  • 2 units of Eggs
  • 3 tbsp of Cocoa powder 1.05 oz (30g)
  • 1/2 cup of All-purpose flour 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • 3.53 oz of Dark chocolate chopped (100 g)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, place the dark chocolate and butter, and melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals
  • Until it becomes homogeneous, then set aside
  • In another bowl, place the sugar and eggs and beat with a mixer until they are fluffy
  • Add the chocolate and butter mixture and beat only until it is homogeneous
  • Turn off the mixer and add the cocoa powder and sifted flour, then add the chopped chocolate last
  • Mix with a spatula
  • Place the bowl in the freezer for 20 minutes while preheating your oven to 392°F (200°C )
  • Remove from the freezer and use an ice cream scoop to portion
  • Fill the scoop with the batter and place it on a parchment paper on a baking sheet
  • Leave space between them as they will spread in the oven
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 392°F (200°C) for 13-15 minutes
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool before removing from the parchment paper

Notes

Valid to: 10 days in a tightly closed container, stored in a dry and airy place.
If you want to freeze the raw dough, it valids to 30 days
If you want to freeze the baked cookies, the validity is 90 days
The tip is to warm them for 10 seconds in the microwave before eating; they become incredibly delicious
