How to Make Colored Gelatin
A classic recipe that is very easy and delicious, known as Colored Gelatin or Mosaic Jello. Let's learn this treat!

Ingredients
PREPARATION OF GELATINS
- 1 package of Strawberry Gelatin
- 1 package of Grape Gelatin
- 1 package of Pineapple Gelatin
- 1 package of Lemon Gelatin
- 1/2 cup of Boiling Water 4 fl oz 120 mL
- 1/2 cup of Cold Water 4 fl oz 120 mL
CREAM
- 1 envelope of Unflavored Gelatin
- 5 tbsp of Water 2.5 fl oz 75 mL
- 13.75 oz of Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can) (390 g)
- 6.8 fl oz of Milk Cream (1 carton) (200 mL)
- 8.1 fl oz of Milk (1 cup) (240 mL)
Instructions
PREPARATION OF GELATINS
- In a small bowl, place the gelatin and boiling water and mix well
- When completely dissolved, add the cold water and mix again
- Cover and refrigerate until set
- Repeat the same process with the other gelatins
CREAM
- Hydrate the unflavored gelatin with water and set aside
- In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, milk cream, and milk
- Heat the hydrated unflavored gelatin in the microwave for 15 seconds to melt and add it to the mixture
- Take an oval baking dish of 8.3×11.8 inches (21x30cm) and place all the colored gelatins chopped into cubes
- Add the cream and mix gently
- Refrigerate to set
Notes
Valid to: 5 days stored in the refrigerator. Be sure to cover well to avoid burning the top.
