Ingredients
 

Mousse

  • 1.76 oz of Grated dry coconut (50g)
  • 1/3 cup of Hot water 2.7 fl oz (80 ml)
  • 13.7 oz of Condensed milk (390g)
  • 3.5 oz of Cream (100g)
  • 6.7 fl oz of Coconut milk (200 ml)
  • 6.7 fl oz of Whipped cream (200 ml)
  • 0.2 oz of Unflavored jelly (6g)
  • 2 tbsp of Water 1 fl oz (30 ml)

Topping

  • 5.3 oz of Chopped semi-sweet chocolate (150g)
  • 3.5 oz of Cream (100g)

Instructions
 

Mousse

  • In a bowl, place the grated dry coconut and hydrate it with hot water and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • After, add the condensed milk, cream and coconut milk and mix them very well.
  • Meanwhile, beat the cold whipped cream in the mixer
  • Beat it on low speed for about 3 minutes until it forms waves, the texture of the whipped cream
  • Add half the coconut cream to the whipped cream and mix it
  • Then add the rest and mix it again
  • If you want, you can beat the mixer for about 30-40 seconds
  • Pour it into a 11.8×8.3 inch (30x21cm) oval glass refractory and refrigerate it

Topping

  • Melt the chocolate every 30 seconds in the microwave
  • When it is homogeneous, add the cream and mix well
  • Pour over the chilled coconut mousse and refrigerate for 30 minutes
  • When serving it, add a little bit of coconut to decorate it
