How to Make Chocolate Coconut Sweet

- 2 cups of Fresh grated Coconut 7 oz (200 g)
- 1/4 cup of Water 2 fl oz (60 mL)
- 1 cup of Sugar 6.3 oz (180 g)
- 6.9 oz of Condensed Milk (195 g )
- 3 tbsp of Cocoa Powder 1.1 oz (30 g)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine freshl grated coconut, water, sugar, and condensed milk
- Bring to high heat, stirring
- When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 6-8 minutes until it reduces the liquid and releases from the bottom
- At this point, add the sifted cocoa powder
- Mix well and keep on the heat for another 2 minutes
- Turn off the heat and transfer to a plate
- Let it cool for 10 minutes
- Shape the sweets with the help of 2 tablespoons
- Let them cool on a smooth surface greased with margarine or on a silicone mat
