How to Make Big Mac Special Sauce
Do you know that special sauce that comes with the Big Mac snack from McDonald's? Today I'm going to teach you a recipe that is very close in taste, and you nail it if use in sandwiches, as a dip for french fries, and other tasty treats.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Sweet and Sour Cucumber Pickle or Relish 2.11 oz (60 g)
- 8.82 oz of Mayonnaise (250 g)
- 3 tbsp of Brine 1.52 fl oz (45 mL)
- 2 tsp of White Wine Vinegar 0.34 fl oz (10 mL)
- 2 tsp of Sweet Paprika
- 1 tsp of Onion Powder
- 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp of Mustard
Instructions
- On a cutting board, place the sweet and sour cucumber pickle or relish and finely chop it with a sharp knife.
- It should have very small pieces.
- In a bowl with mayonnaise, add the chopped pickle relish. Then add the brine the liquid from the sweet pickle relish, the sweet paprika, the onion powder, the garlic powder, the white wine vinegar, and the mustard.
