How to Make Banana Brownie
This brownie is different from the traditional chocolate one and is a delicious combination of banana, peanut butter, and chocolate. Make this gluten-free dessert at home!

Ingredients
- 2 units of Banana ripe
- 3 tbsp of Cocoa Powder 1.1 oz (30 g)
- 7.05 oz of Chocolate semi-sweet, chopped (200 g)
- 3 cups of Butter 2.1 oz (60 g)
- 5 tbsp of Peanut Butter unsweetened 2.6 oz (75 g)
- 3 units of Eggs
- 3/4 cup of Brown Sugar 4.5 oz (127 g)
For decoration
- 1 tbsp of Peanut Butter unsweetened 0.5 oz (15 g)
- 1/2 unit of Banana sliced
Instructions
- Place the bananas on a plate and mash them well
- Then add the cocoa and mash a bit more
- Until it turns into a puree and set aside
- In another bowl, place the chocolate and butter and microwave for 30 seconds
- Remove and stir well
- Return to the microwave for another 30 seconds and mix again; if not completely melted, return for the same time
- Add peanut butter, mashed banana with cocoa, lightly beaten eggs, and brown sugar
- Mix everything well
- Transfer to a 7.9×7.9 inch (20x20cm) pan lined with parchment paper
- On top, spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and stir gently with a toothpick to create a pattern
- Place some banana slices on top
- Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200ºC ) for about 35 minutes or until a crust forms on top and a toothpick comes out slightly dirty
- Wait for it to cool completely
- Then pull the parchment paper to unmold and cut
