Ingredients
Bacon Pate
- 2 tbsp of Olive oil 0.9 fl oz (26 mL)
- 5.29 oz of Bacon chopped, lean (150 g)
- 8,4 oz of Cream cheese (240 g)
- Salt to taste
Walnut Pate
- 2.8 oz of Walnuts (80 g)
- 5.3 oz of White cheese (150 g)
- 3.5 oz of Heavy cream (100 g)
- 1 tsp of Salt 0.18 oz (5 g)
Instructions
Bacon Pate
- In a frying pan, add olive oil and chopped bacon. Fry well over medium heat.
- When it’s golden brown, transfer it to a plate with parchment paper and let it cool and dry completely.
- Then transfer to a food processor and grind well.
- Set aside some bacon from the processor to use later for decoration.
- Reserve the ground bacon in another container.
- In the same equipment, add cream cheese and creamy cheese, and beat until creamy.
- Add the ground bacon and mix.
- Taste and add salt if necessary.
Walnut Pate
- Place the walnuts in a food processor and grind gradually, pulsing to prevent them from releasing fat.
- When it becomes finer, remove from the processor and set aside.
- In the equipment, add white cheese, heavy cream, and salt, and beat well.
- Then add the ground walnuts, reserving some for decoration, and stir.
