DOUGH AND DECORATION

6 oz Natural Yogurt(170g)

1/4 cup Oil2 fl oz (60 mL)

1 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese(30g)

    In a bowl, combine the heart of palm, tomato, and olives. Season with a little salt and black pepper, then mix.

    Add the creamy cheese spread and mix again. Set aside.

  • DOUGH AND DECORATION

    In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt, oil, salt, and black pepper for 1 minute.

    Add the flour and baking powder, and mix again.

    Take a greased and floured baking dish (I used a 10-inch round dish) and spread 2/3 of the dough on the bottom.

    Add all of the filling.

    Pour the remaining dough on top and finish with grated Parmesan cheese.

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.

    Allow it to cool slightly before cutting and serving.
