How to Make Nutella Bonbon with Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
Bonbon
- 8.82 oz of Chocolate Cake (250 g)
- 4.94 oz of Nutella (140 g)
- 5.64 oz of Milk Chocolate chopped (milk or white)
To Decorate
- 1.06 oz of Milk Chocolate or White Chocolate chopped (160 g)
Instructions
- Crumble the chocolate cake
- Add Nutella and mix well with your hands
- Divide into 16 portions and make balls with about 0.88 oz (25 g) each
- Melt the fractionated chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave until smooth (if using premium chocolate, you need to temper it)
- Dip the balls in the melted chocolate and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes
- If you want to decorate, melt the chocolate and put it in a plastic packing, then just make back-and-forth movements on top of the bomboms and wait for the chocolate to dry

– Shelf Life: 5 days if stored at room temperature, in a dry and airy place, in a well-sealed container. 10 days, if stored in the refrigerator, and 90 days if stored in the freezer.
